Desirable * Experience of Identity & Access Management processes. * Knowledge of MFA and authentication technologies. * Exposure to endpoint management tools. * Understanding of cyber security and access governance principles. * Microsoft certifications or relevant technical qualifications. ## Description My client is looking for an IT Operations Support Analyst to join their technology team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional looking to develop specialist skills in Identity & Access Management, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Information Security. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support while ensuring users have secure, reliable and appropriate access to systems and services.
