You'll ideally have: * Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and desktop support. * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments. * Good understanding of Active Directory administration. * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers and peripherals. * Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPNs. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * A structured and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. It would be great if you also have experience with: * Hyper-V virtualisation. * SQL Server. * Power BI. * ESET security solutions. * Windows Server administration. * Backup and disaster recovery technologies. * ERP/business applications, ideally SYSPRO. * Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-900 or AZ-900. * CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent qualifications. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to provide 1st and 2nd line support while gaining exposure to both on-premises infrastructure and cloud technologies. You'll play an important role in keeping users productive, supporting core IT systems and helping to maintain a secure and reliable technology environment.
