## Description

* Provide front-line support for Microsoft applications including O365 Admin, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Azure VPN.
 * Deliver day-to-day troubleshooting and user support across Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM.
 * Maintain and configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and automations in Zoho CRM.
 * Support onboarding and offboarding processes including user account setup and permissions.
 * Assist with general administration of SaaS tools used across the business.
 * Liaise with the broader technical team to resolve escalations and implement system improvements.
