You must have permanent eligibility to work in the UK - no visa opportunities available. ## Description Our client is a successful tech scale-up, a cash-generative SME currently at c.£12m turnover and c.80 staff, looking to double in size in the next five years under the guidance of its experienced, highly charismatic and driven owner, supported by a first-class senior leadership team including new CEO. We are looking to strengthen the company's Data & Insight capability, working closely with the organisation's Operations Director who leads high-performing Customer Service, Project Delivery, IT and HR teams, Datal Analyst. As Data Analyst, based at the company's North East headquarters, you'll turn customer, sales and operational data into clear, actionable insight. Working closely with Marketing, Operations and Finance, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented Analyst who enjoys translating numbers into recommendations that improve customer experience and business performance.
