## About the Role

We're open to different backgrounds, but you'll ideally have experience with:

 * MSP, service desk or IT support environments
 * Microsoft 365, Windows Server and cloud technologies
 * Networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls (FortiGate preferred)
 * Entra ID, Conditional Access and SharePoint, Intune
 * Supporting and troubleshooting complex technical issues
 * Working independently and taking ownership of tasks and projects

Experience with MDM platforms, Power BI or automation tools would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

## Description

We're partnering with a well-established, growing MSP that is looking to add a Cloud Support Engineer to its close-knit technical team. This is a varied position offering exposure to Microsoft cloud technologies, infrastructure, networking, security and client-facing project work.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers, supporting a diverse client base while helping to shape processes, improve service delivery and contribute to technical projects across multiple environments.

The Role

As part of a small technical team, you'll be involved in:

 * Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments
 * Troubleshooting infrastructure, networking and security issues
 * Managing and maintaining cloud-based services and client systems
 * Acting as a senior escalation point for technical incidents
 * Supporting firewall, connectivity and endpoint management activities
 * Assisting with project delivery, upgrades and system improvements
 * Producing and maintaining technical documentation
 * Building strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of service
