Join our Operational Engineering (OE) team as an Engineer, where you will take ownership of delivering engineering solutions that maintain, improve, and enhance the Watson-Marlow product range across its lifecycle. This is a hands-on role where you will work independently on defined engineering problems and work packages, applying your skills across mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical systems. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver practical, high-quality solutions that support product performance, manufacturability, and compliance. You will play a key role in supporting engineering change, resolving product and manufacturing challenges, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across our global product portfolio.
