## About the Role

* Experience as a Release Train Engineer, or significant experience coordinating multiple Agile teams within a SAFe environment as a Senior Scrum Master
 * SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification or another current SAFe qualification
 * Experience facilitating PI Planning and other scaled Agile events
 * Proven coaching and people leadership experience, with the ability to develop Scrum Masters and Agile teams
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
 * A collaborative, servant leadership approach and a passion for continuous improvement

## Description

* Coordinate delivery across a large portfolio, supporting between 15 and 20 Agile teams and leading up to 10 Scrum Masters
 * Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, System Demos and other key scaled Agile events
 * Coach Scrum Masters, leaders and Agile teams to improve capability and Agile maturity
 * Manage cross-team dependencies, risks and impediments to keep delivery on track
 * Improve the flow of work by removing bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement
 * Support the ongoing evolution of Agile ways of working across the technology function
 * Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure priorities, objectives and delivery remain aligned
