* Strong commercial Kotlin or JVM-based engineering experience, with willingness to work with Kotlin
 * Ability to write simple, clean code
 * Experience and understanding of databases; relational databases are a must, and NoSQL would be a plus
 * Ability to quickly understand complex financial business domains
 * Ability to understand different software architectures rapidly
 * Understanding of abstraction and interpolation
 * Ability to write comprehensive automated tests at all levels of the testing pyramid
 * Understanding of the Kanban agile methodology is a plus
 * We are looking for someone who gets along well with others and builds strong relationships
 * We are looking for someone who wants to continually learn, improve, and collaborate
 * We are looking for someone who can solve problems independently but also knows when to ask peers for help
