We're looking for a dynamic individual to drive the successful implementation of several key systems as part of our broader Transformation Programme. This is a high-impact role where you'll be at the heart of organisational change, enhancing scalability, efficiency, and agility across the business., You'll be a proactive and collaborative project professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering business change through technology., * Proven experience delivering vendor-led system implementation projects within medium-sized organisations. * Experience implementing SaaS platforms such as HR, Finance, CRM or Case Management systems. * Strong project management expertise across Agile and Waterfall methodologies. * Excellent stakeholder, vendor and risk management skills. * Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging senior and executive stakeholders. * Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira and Microsoft Office. * Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering or process mapping, would be advantageous., * PRINCE2 certified or equivalent (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile, MSP or DSDM)., * Strong organisational and time management skills. * MS applications, Jira project management and MS project planner * Prince-2 certified or equivalent project/programme management certifications (Prince-2 Agile, DSDM, MSP) Desired criteria * Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment. ## Description We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Transformation team and lead the successful delivery of strategic technology projects, starting with the implementation of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The Role Reporting into the Transformation Programme, you'll lead end-to-end system implementation projects, acting as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors. This is a highly visible role with regular interaction with senior leaders and the opportunity to present progress, risks and recommendations directly to the Executive Committee.
