This is a hands-on role responsible for managing and supporting enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in VMware, Windows Server, storage, disaster recovery, and cloud technologies, along with experience automating operational processes and using AI-assisted development tools. A key aspect of the role is owning and continuously improving the organisation's disaster recovery capabilities, ensuring systems remain resilient, secure, and highly available.
