Principal Engineers, architects and leads to move services into production Improve engineering standards, testing and delivery processes Help evolve systems towards the target-state architecture Support estimation, challenge requirements and shape solutions Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical bar across the team What You'll Need Essential 5+ years' experience in full stack, front-end or back-end engineering Strong TypeScript and React experience Experience with Redux, React Query, HTML5 and CSS3 Backend experience with TypeScript, C# or Java Strong AWS knowledge, including Lambda, Fargate, API Gateway or AppSync Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL and WebSockets Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL and microservices architecture Experience with containerisation, Terraform and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of pub/sub messaging such as SOLACE or AMQP Strong automated testing across unit, integration and end-to-end testing Comfortable working in Agile teams using Git, JIRA and Linux or
