* I require you to have achieved a minimum 2.1 BSc in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline from a top-tier/Russell Group university, backed by A's at A-level.
 * You should possess strong technical leadership skills.
 * Expertise in modern C# .Net Core is essential; Python skills would also be beneficial. I will also consider candidates with experience in other object-oriented languages, such as C++ or Java.
 * A strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices along with experience across the full software development lifecycle is expected.
 * You should be a technologist who enjoys collaboration and problem-solving, particularly with complex, distributed systems.
 * A thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Algorithms is required.
 * I need you to be excited about joining a scaling company with a role that you can shape and influence.

## Description

* As a Lead C# Developer / Backend Software Engineer, you will design and implement the logic behind core applications.
 * You will build APIs and microservices that handle data processing, business rules, and third-party integrations.
 * I expect you to oversee the configuration and upkeep of secure, reliable server environments.
 * You will work closely with internal teams and customers to gather detailed requirements through meetings and workshops.
 * Shape the product vision and roadmap by providing technical insight and feasibility guidance, remaining hands-on with architecture and design.
 * As a technical leader, you will instill best practices, conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and collaboratively address problems to help remove blockers and deliver high-quality software.
