## Description

* Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung geschäftskritischer Anwendungen - von der Konzeption über die Implementierung bis hin zur technischen Dokumentation nachhaltiger Softwarelösungen
 * Entwicklung und Optimierung von Anwendungen auf IBM-Mainframe-Systemen unter Einsatz von COBOL, VSE, VSAM, CICS und JCL
 * Analyse und Behebung komplexer Fehlerbilder sowie Durchführung von Performance-Optimierungen zur Sicherstellung einer stabilen und effizienten Systemlandschaft
 * Weiterentwicklung von Entwicklungs- und Deployment-Prozessen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von CI/CD-Abläufen und der Standardisierung technischer Umgebungen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und IT-Teams in einem kollegialen Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und Raum für eigene Ideen
