CSO steers the measures derived from the information security strategy and provides guidance to employees regarding the identification, development, implementation, and execution of all processes which serve to reduce information security risk, to respond to incidents, and to establish appropriate policies and standards for information security management., The Information Security Specialist (f/m/x) within the CSO's Embedded Risk Team (ERT) leads the Strategy, Reporting and Innovation horizontal function. The role focuses on developing and maintaining regular and ad hoc management reporting across CSO ERT to provide transparency on risk exposure and remediation progress. Innovation ideas from CSO ERT and key stakeholders are collected, prioritised and implemented through the established change management process. By combining data-driven insights with continuous improvement, the role supports informed management decisions and strengthens the efficiency and effectiveness of CSO ERT operations.
