## Description

For our amazing and international Chat-Team, we are looking for a new team member with affinity for IT.

Your tasks

 * Providing Chat-support
 * Answering incoming calls to our Emergency line support
 * Providing real-time assistance and reducing waiting times
 * Troubleshooting of software issues and installing software such as updates and new software acquired by the company
 * Creating tickets for hardware requests
 * Fixing basic errors on accounts, unlock accounts, and performing password resets
 * Routing tickets to other support teams
 * Making a detailed record and follow-up of the cases; also working along with other teams to provide solutions to issues in a timely manner, * 30 vacation days
