* Fundierte Erfahrung im Cloud Data Engineering sowie mit Lakehouse-Architekturen, insbesondere Databricks, Delta Live Tables (DLT) und PySpark
 * Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Advanced Analytics- und BI-Lösungen
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Datenmodellierung und SQL sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
 * Erfahrung im Bereich Performance Marketing und MarTech-Architekturen
 * Praxis in Testautomatisierung sowie CI/CD, idealerweise mit Git
 * Erste Erfahrungen in Data Science und Machine Learning
 * Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden wie Scrum oder Kanban
 * Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Pyramid sowie Erfahrung im Telekommunikationsumfeld
 * Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams
 * Kommunikationsstärke sowie Interesse am aktiven Austausch mit Fachbereichen
 * Offenheit für ein dynamisches Umfeld mit kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
