## About the Role

* hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Informatik, IT, Computer Science oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * bringst mehrjährige professionelle Erfahrung im Penetration Testing bzw. Red Teaming mit, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
 * verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Hacking-Prinzipien, Angriffsmethoden und Red-Team-Methoden
 * hast sehr gute Programmier- und Scripting-Kenntnisse, beispielsweise in Bash, Python, PowerShell sowie C++ oder C#
 * hast praktische Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren Bereichen wie:
 + Application & Software Security
 + Active-Directory-Angriffe
 + EDR- und Antivirus-Evasion
 + Command-and-Control-Infrastrukturen
 + Automatisierung und Skalierung von Security-Tests
 * verfügst idealerweise über einschlägige Zertifizierungen wie OSCP, OSWE, GPEN, CRTP, eJPT oder CREST
 * hast eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu aktuellen Cybersecurity-Trends und entwickelst dein Know-how kontinuierlich weiter
 * Erfahrung mit Capture-the-Flag-Wettbewerben, Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Research oder CVEs ist ein Plus
 * arbeitest selbstständig, analytisch und lösungsorientiert und gehst komplexe Fragestellungen mit Neugier und Kreativität an
 * bringst eine internationale Denkweise sowie die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen mit
 * arbeitest gerne in internationalen und interdisziplinären Teams
