## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
 * Several years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, information security, or network security
 * Strong knowledge and practical experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including:
 * ISO/IEC 27001
 * NIS2
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies
 * Strong networking and network security expertise, including Firewall administration
 * Experience with SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, incident response, and security monitoring
 * Good understanding of cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), and Zero Trust principles
 * Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

## Description

For our headquarters in Travemünde (Germany), we are looking for a: IT Cyber Security Manager (m/w/d)
The area of responsibility includes:

 * Implement, and maintain the company's cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and security governance framework
 * Monitor security events and coordinate incident response, investigation, and recovery activities
 * Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures
 * Lead vulnerability management activities, including vulnerability assessments, prioritization, remediation planning, and verification
 * Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure security is integrated into projects and new technology implementations
 * Coordinate external penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, remediation activities, and security audits
 * Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and cyber resilience initiatives
 * Deliver cybersecurity awareness training and promote a strong security culture across the organization
 * Prepare cybersecurity reports, KPIs, and risk presentations for executive management
 * Act as the primary cybersecurity advisor for strategic IT and OT initiatives
