## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung/Umschulung oder mindestens 1 Jahr Praxiserfahrung im IT-Umfeld

 * Grundverständnis für Client-Themen wie BitLocker, Active Directory, MFA, VDI/Virtual Desktops (Citrix) oder IP-Telefonie
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse für die Anwenderbetreuung

## Description

* Betreuung von definierten Anwendern in der Techlounge vor Ort sowie remote
 * Annahme, Erfassung und Pflege von Supportfällen im Tickettool des Kunden
 * 1st-Level-Support für Clients (Windows-Notebooks, Convertibles/Detachables, MacBooks) sowie iPhone/iPad inkl. BYOD
 * Unterstützung rund um betriebssystemnahe Anwendungen (Windows 10, macOS, iOS/iPadOS) und Standardsoftware (MS Office)
 * Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Leihnotebooks bei kurzfristigem Bedarf
 * Hilfestellung bei der Auswahl geeigneter Endgeräte und Lösungen
 * Voranalyse, Fehlerbeschreibung und Übergabe an den 2nd Level inkl. Zusammenfassung im Ticketsystem, * Tarifgebundener Vertrag (GVP)
 * Festes Monatsgehalt inklusive übertarifliche Bezahlung
 * Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
