## Description

* Betreuung und Administration von Microsoft Servern, Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune sowie Netzwerk- und Sicherheitskomponenten (z. B. Firewalls, VoIP-Systeme)
 * Beratung, Beschaffung, Inventarisierung, Einrichtung und Bereitstellung von IT-Hardware (z. B. Notebooks, Monitore, Netzwerkgeräte, Serverschränke)
 * Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen und Ausfällen
 * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Prozessen, Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung bedarfsgerechter Lösungen
 * Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, z. B. bei Neubauten, Trägerübernahmen oder beim Ausbau der WLAN-Infrastruktur einzelner Einrichtungen
 * Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Infrastrukturen (Netzwerk, Server, Telefonie) - in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
