## Description

Au sein d'une DSI, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Support Systèmes & Réseaux N2 pour assurer le support technique et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) des infrastructures., Résoudre les incidents N2 systèmes et réseaux escaladés par le support N1

 - Diagnostiquer les équipements réseaux : switches, routeurs, firewalls, proxy, IronPort
 - Intervenir sur les environnements Windows Server 2016/2025
 - Gérer les ouvertures de flux et les règles associées
 - Assurer le MCO des infrastructures critiques
 - Maintenir et améliorer la documentation et les procédures
 - Accompagner les techniciens N1 et contribuer à l'amélioration continue
