## Description

Notre équipe spécialisée en IT recherche pour son client (une ESN), un·e Technicien·e Support de proximité N2 (F/H) pour un contrat en intérim de 6 mois minimum sur Colomiers., Dans le cadre d'un renfort activité, notre client recherche un technicien de support de proximité.Intégré·e aux équipes IT, vous serez en charge du support technique de proximité de niveau 2, en assurant l'assistance aux utilisateurs et la gestion des incidents sur les infrastructures et outils bureautiques.

Vos missions incluent :

 - Prise en charge des tickets
 - Préparation poste/ descente de master / personnalisation
 - Remise du poste à l'utilisateur avec prise de RDV avec Utilisateur
 - Clôture du ticket
 - Support de proximité auprès des utilisateurs
 - Préparation et masterisation de postes. (50 %)
 - Gestion de stock (50%)
