 - Le pilotage de projets IT couvrant à la fois les volets infrastructure et applicatif
 - La coordination des équipes infrastructure et des équipes applicatives / développeurs
 - Le cadrage technique des besoins et la définition des solutions avec les équipes concernées
 - Le pilotage des plannings, des risques, des budgets et de la qualité
 - L'organisation et l'animation des comités projet
 - Le reporting auprès des parties prenantes internes et du client
