## Description

Belay Technologies is seeking a System Administrator (SA) to join our Intel team. The SA will provide Linux systems administration and operational support for mission-critical environments, including command-line system administration and application, data, and messaging flow management., * Support implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and daily operations of IT systems.

 * Provide Tier I and Tier II problem identification, diagnosis, escalation, and resolution.
 * Configure and manage Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems.
 * Install and load operating system software and troubleshoot system issues.
 * Monitor systems and resolve problems involving client/server, storage, network, mobile, and other IT devices.
 * Manage system configuration, resource utilization, capacity analysis, reliability, and performance.
 * Support application, data, and messaging flows.
 * Provide technical support and status updates to agency management and internal customers.
 * Troubleshoot dispatch system and hardware problems through resolution.
 * Provide detailed analysis and feedback on escalated tickets.
