Strong interpersonal skills are a necessity. * Must be able to lead and mentor a team of 6 - 12 software developers onsite/offshore. * Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple quickly changing and competing priorities. * Independent judgment and the ability to manage own priorities and drive projects with a focus on delivering quality solutions. Nice to have Requirements * Hands on experience with Automated Build-Deploy-Test workflow within TFS. * Experience in iOS and Android app development.
