 * Du verfügst über ein solides Verständnis der Finanzbuchhaltung: von Kontenrahmen und Buchungslogik bis hin zu Kostenstellen und Dimensionen.
 * Du kennst Multi-Entity- oder Konzernstrukturen in Business Central.
 * Du denkst skalierbar und in Standards, statt Einzellösungen entwickelst Du Lösungen, die mit der Gruppe wachsen.
 * Du kommunizierst klar und verbindlich und kannst komplexe fachliche und technische Zusammenhänge verständlich vermitteln auch an Schnittstellen zu Finance, Operations und Management.

Nice-to-have:

 * Du hast Erfahrung mit ERP-Migrationen, z. B. von DATEV zu Business Central.
 * Du besitzt eine Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Zertifizierung, z. B. MB-800 oder vergleichbar.
 * Du kennst Dich mit Power Automate und BC-Workflow-Automatisierung aus.
 * Du hast Erfahrung mit API-Integrationen, z. B. zwischen Business Central und PSA-Systemen.
 * Du bringst Erfahrung aus dem MSP- oder IT-Dienstleistungsumfeld mit.
