 * Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Vollzeit gesammelt - idealerweise in Rollen, in denen du sowohl im Backend als auch im Frontend tätig warst.
 * Du bringst Erfahrung mit Python und der Backend-Entwicklung in Django / Django REST Framework mit; Erfahrung mit FastAPI ist ein Plus.
 * Du bist sicher im Design und der Entwicklung von REST-APIs sowie im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (z.B. PostgreSQL) und ORM-basiertem Datenmodellieren.
 * Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit React und der Entwicklung von Single-Page-Applikationen; du bist sicher im Umgang mit JavaScript / TypeScript und der ES6 Standardbibliothek. Erfahrung mit Frontend-Frameworks wie Ant Design oder Material UI ist ein Plus.
 * Du arbeitest routiniert mit AI-gestützten Coding Tools (z.B. GitHub Copilot, Cursor oder vergleichbare) und weißt, wie man deren Output kritisch bewertet und sinnvoll in bestehende Workflows integriert.
