 * Sicherer Umgang mit: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer ServiceNow CMDB und Discovery
 * API-Integrationen (REST/SOAP) ServiceNow-Zertifizierungen, idealerweise: Certified Application Developer (CAD) ITSM oder ITOM Implementation Specialist (IS) (m/w/d)
 * Hohe technische Auffassungsgabe, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kunden
 * Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit sehr guten Deutsch- (Level C1 oder höher) und Englischkenntnissen (Level B2 oder höher)
 * Reisebereitschaft (ca. 50 - 75 %)

## Description

* Beratung externer Kunden rund um ServiceNow ITSM und / oder ITOM
 * Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Erstellung technischer Implementierungskonzepte
 * Technische Umsetzung, inkl. Konfiguration, Customizing und Entwicklung
 * Implementierung und Optimierung von ServiceNow-Modulen wie: Incident / Problem / Change CMDB Discovery Service Mapping
 * Durchführung von Workshops, technische Beratung und Unterstützung bei Architekturentscheidungen
 * Aufbau und Pflege von Integrationen über REST / SOAP APIs
 * Mitarbeit in agilen Projektstrukturen (Scrum, Kanban)
