## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional experience developing backend systems with Go
 * Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, distributed systems, and data modeling
 * An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (English is our working language)
 * A high degree of ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and solve complex technical challenges

Nice to Have

 * Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership (people management experience is a plus)
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments
