Du bist Backend-Engineer mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung und möchtest den nächsten Karriereschritt in Richtung KI-Integration gehen? Perfekt. Diese Position ist zu 50% Backend-Entwicklung und 50% KI-Integration - wir suchen jemanden, der in beiden Welten zu Hause ist oder werden möchte.
Du entwickelst produktionsreife Enterprise-Lösungen, in denen moderne Backend-Architektur auf KI-Funktionalität trifft: Spring Boot APIs, die mit LLMs kommunizieren, RAG-Systeme für intelligente Wissenserschließung, und Agent-Architekturen für komplexe Workflows.
Deine Aufgaben
Backend-Entwicklung (50%)

 * Konzeption und Entwicklung cloud-nativer Anwendungen mit Java/Kotlin und Spring Boot
 * Design und Implementierung von REST APIs für Enterprise-Systeme
 * Containerisierung und Orchestrierung mit Docker und Kubernetes/OpenShift
 * Aufbau und Optimierung von CI/CD-Pipelines
 * Migration und Modernisierung bestehender Backend-Systeme

KI-Integration (50%)

 * Entwicklung von RAG-Systemen (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) mit LangChain/LangChain4J
 * Implementierung von MCP-Servern zur LLM-Integration bestehender APIs
 * Aufbau agentenbasierter Architekturen und Agent-to-Agent-Kommunikation
 * Integration von Vektordatenbanken und Embedding-Technologien
 * MLOps: Deployment und Monitoring von KI-Komponenten in der Cloud
