Strong project management skills, excellent judgement, and the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff are essential., * Experience of working in a managerial role in the NHS * Evidence of continued professional development Desirable criteria * Management qualification Degree or equivalent management experience., Essential criteria * Experience providing line management support to a variety of staff * Experience working closely with a varied multi-disciplinary team. Positive and motivated Patient centred ## Description Working closely with the Clinical Director, Directorate Manager, Deputy Directorate Manager and Matrons, you will provide visible leadership and take responsibility for ensuring high-quality operational performance across designated clinical service areas.
