The Programme Manager will have a central role in establishing effective governance, coordinating delivery and ensuring new technology, systems and processes are successfully adopted across the organisation. As Digital Transformation Programme Manager, you will take ownership of programme planning, coordination and delivery. This will include developing and maintaining programme plans, implementing governance structures, managing risks and dependencies, overseeing budgets and schedules, and providing clear progress updates to senior stakeholders. The programme will encompass initiatives including Microsoft 365 migration, enterprise system implementations across Finance, workforce planning and CRM, business intelligence and reporting, cloud transformation, and the retirement of legacy systems.
