## About the Role

* Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (ERP, HCM, EPM)
 * Strong background in programme and project methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2)
 * Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery
 * Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control
 * Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes across complex environments

## Description

* Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM programmes
 * Act as the primary client interface, building strong, trusted relationships
 * Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes
 * Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence
 * Develop and manage robust, achievable programme plans aligned to our MAXIMISE methodology
 * Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
 * Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control
 * Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L
 * Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment
 * Support pre-sales and business development activities
