## About the Role

* Proven experience within a 3rd Line Support, Infrastructure Engineer or Senior Infrastructure role
 * Strong Windows Server administration experience
 * Advanced Active Directory skills
 * Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
 * Knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WAN and wireless networks
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

 * Microsoft 365 administration
 * SCCM administration
 * ITIL Foundation certification
 * Experience within healthcare, public sector or other large-scale environments

## Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys working across complex IT environments, solving technical issues and supporting business-critical systems.

You will act as a senior technical escalation point, providing 3rd line support, maintaining core infrastructure services and delivering technical project work. The position offers a varied workload covering Windows Server environments, Active Directory, networking, hardware support and wider infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

 * Providing advanced 3rd line infrastructure support
 * Supporting Windows Server and Active Directory environments
 * Maintaining network and infrastructure services
 * Investigating and resolving complex technical incidents
 * Supporting upgrades, maintenance and project activity
 * Working with suppliers and internal stakeholders
 * Assisting with infrastructure improvements and technical initiatives
