Preferred Certifications: SAP Data Services Certification SAP Activate Certification ## Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to lead the data migration workstream for a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the migration strategy, managing end-to-end migration activities, ensuring data quality, and delivering successful migration from legacy HR and payroll systems into SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and extensive experience in SAP data migration methodologies, reconciliation, testing, and cutover planning. RequirementsKey Responsibilities: * Lead the end-to-end SAP Data Migration workstream. * Facilitate workshops on Data migration requirements and align with client data requirements. * Define and implement the Data Migration Strategy, Data Quality Strategy, and Migration Approach. * Analyse legacy HR and Payroll data and map it to SAP SuccessFactors target objects. * Define migration objects, transformation rules, validation criteria, and reconciliation processes. * Manage data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation activities. * Coordinate business users for data collection, validation, and sign-off.
