## About the Role

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 * 1st line service desk experience
 * Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP and NPS
 * Experience working with network technologies, including firewalls, switches, routers and Wi-Fi
 * Experience with cloud solutions, including Microsoft Office 365 and Azure

## Description

* Manage multiple tickets and projects
 * Assist with technical support requests within the team
 * Keep IT documentation up to date
 * Meet and exceed SLAs
 * Ensure clear communication with customers and staff
 * Work closely with our senior management team and provide direct reporting
 * Carry out onsite work where required
 * Work office-based with occasional overtime

This is an office-based role with some onsite work where required, and occasional overtime may be offered.
