infrastructure, networking and security issues Managing and maintaining virtualisation platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud-based services Acting as the senior escalation point for technical incidents Leading on firewall, connectivity and endpoint management activities Owning project delivery, upgrades and system improvements - on time and on budget Acting as a dedicated technical point of contact for key clients Producing and maintaining technical documentation Building strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of service About You We're open to different backgrounds, but you'll ideally have experience with: 3rd line support within an MSP, service desk or IT support environment Microsoft 365, Windows Server, cloud technologies and virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V) Networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls (FortiGate preferred) Entra ID, Conditional Access, SharePoint and Intune Project management or client management experience, with a track
