Systems Engineering Manager | Berkshire Copello are partnering with an exceptional defence organisation in Berkshire that genuinely invests in its people, offering fantastic opportunities for career development, progression and technical growth. We're looking for an experienced Systems Engineering Manager to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across complex, high-impact defence programmes. What you'll be doing: * Leading engineering teams of 10+ engineers * Driving Systems Engineering across the full lifecycle * Managing engineering scope, risk, resources and delivery * Working closely with customers, suppliers and senior stakeholders * Supporting and developing the next generation of engineering talent * Driving engineering excellence and continuous improvement We're looking for: Strong Systems Engineering experience Proven engineering leadership experience Background in complex, regulated or safety-critical systems Defence industry experience Excellent
