Demonstrable knowledge and experience of: o Developing automated and integrated digital solutions using Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. o Using digital tools to streamline administrative and operational processes. o Working with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Stream and related services. o Supporting users in the adoption of digital systems through guidance, documentation and demonstrations. o Developing digital content and resources to support system use and engagement. o Working collaboratively across teams and services to deliver digital improvements. o Awareness of accessibility, usability and information governance requirements. Skills and Competencies: o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o The ability to translate user needs into effective digital solutions. o Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders, including teaching staff and professional services. o The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a team. o A proactive and improvement-focused approach to work. ## Description The Automation and Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing and integrating automated digital solutions that improve efficiency, user experience, data flow and service quality across Glasgow Kelvin College. Working as part of the Digital Services Team, the post holder will lead the development of low-code and integrated business solutions, primarily using Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, to support continuous improvement, reduce manual workload, and enable effective digital services.
