An Enhanced DBS check will be required prior to starting this role. ## Description A friendly, close-knit MSP based near Cambridge are actively looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their growing service desk team. Work is primarily based from their Service Desk, with onsite customer visits required when needed across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas., Here you will be joining a supportive team that has heavily invested in Service Desk automation to streamline daily tasks, giving you more time to focus on building strong customer relationships. There's also the opportunity to join the project team, supporting and implementing large-scale IT and infrastructure projects. With an unrestricted training budget, there's plenty of opportunity to progress and develop your career within a growing company.
