Skills & Experience * Significant experience as a Technical, Solution or Enterprise Architect. * Experience delivering complex digital transformation programmes. * Strong background within government, public sector or regulated environments. * Deep understanding of Identity & Access Management. * Practical experience with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect. * Expertise in API, integration and AWS architecture. * Experience
working across legacy and modern technology estates. * Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills. * BPSS eligibility. Desirable * Government or GDS-aligned experience. * Knowledge of organisational identity and entitlement management. * Experience with enterprise identity platforms. * Exposure to event-driven architecture, Kubernetes and containerisation. * Understanding of government technology standards and service design principles.
