A practical understanding of Generative AI and LLM concepts, including grounding, retrieval, prompt design, hallucination risks and agent orchestration is also important. Experience with Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Azure, Salesforce or ServiceNow would be highly desirable, as would experience within financial services or another regulated environment. We're looking for someone who is technically autonomous, pragmatic and delivery-focused, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and recognise when AI or Copilot isn't the right solution. ## Description Reporting to the Global Head of AI, you'll act as an internal consultant, working with business and technology stakeholders to turn AI opportunities into practical, secure and scalable solutions. This is a hands-on delivery role, rather than an adoption or strategy position. You'll be expected to move from discovery and requirements through to prototyping, solution design and implementation.
