The successful individual will provide 1st and 2nd line support to users, assisting with hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and basic networking issues., * Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support.

 * Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking issues.
 * Install and maintain hardware and software.
 * Assist with IT projects, upgrades and deployments.
 * Support servers, backups and security.
 * Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent user support.
