You do not need to be a finished Senior Developer, but you should be able to work independently on assigned features, communicate clearly with colleagues and demonstrate a genuine desire to keep developing your technical and professional capability. Essential Skills and Experience * Commercial experience in a software-development role, ideally with 2 - 3+ years' experience. * Strong C# and .NET development skills. * Experience building and maintaining web applications across both front end and back end. * Front-end development experience with Angular, or another modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework such as React or Vue. * Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript. * Experience working with relational databases and data-driven applications. * Understanding of source control, code review and modern development practices. * Exposure to the wider software-development lifecycle, including testing, releases and production support. * Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and produce clean, maintainable code. * Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. * A proactive mindset, with the willingness to learn, ask questions and take ownership. Desirable Skills and Experience * Experience with recent versions of .NET. * Entity Framework or comparable ORM experience. * Azure exposure, including cloud-hosted applications, deployment pipelines or related services. * Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform. * Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices and automated testing. * Experience working in Agile teams using two-week sprints. * An interest in AI-assisted development tools and how they can be used responsibly to improve developer productivity and quality. * Experience contributing to technical documentation, development standards or process improvements. ## Description This is an excellent opportunity for a capable developer with strong .NET experience and modern front-end skills to work across a varied portfolio of digital products.
