## About the Role

* Du hast ein Studium in Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder einem ähnlichen Bereich.
 * Du hast bereits als Scrum Master, RTE oder in agilen Projekten gearbeitet.
 * Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Scrum, Kanban etc. sowie idealerweise mit Skalierungs-Frameworks (z.B. SAFe) mit.
 * Stillstand ist für Dich keine Option: Du lernst kontinuierlich und entwickelst Dich weiter.
 * Der persönliche Kontakt mit Kunden bringt Dir Spaß.
 * Du förderst agile Prozesse und die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
 * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
 * Deine Englischkenntnisse sind gut in Wort und Schrift.
 * Du bist bereit für regelmäßige Dienstreisen.
