## Description

* Ticketbasierte Bearbeitung von Service-Requests (IMAC: Install, Move, Add, Change)
 * Durchführung von MECM-basierten Client-Standardinstallationen (Betankungen)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Client-Umfeld in enger Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Betriebseinheiten
 * Personalisierte Softwareinstallationen aus dem definierten Softwarekatalog des Kunden
 * Durchführung von IT-Umzügen sowie Hard- und Software-Rollouts (Ab- und Aufbau von IT-Arbeitsplätzen)
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Verkabelungen (CAT 5/6/7 sowie Glasfaser/Fiber)
