## Description

* Betreuung des First-/Second-Level-Supports über ein Ticket-System und die Hotline
 * Verantwortung für die Wartung, Pflege und den Austausch der Anwender-IT inklusive der Peripherie vor Ort
 * Überwachung und Wartung der IT-Netzwerke
 * Übernahme von Aufgaben in den Bereichen VPN-Zugänge, verteiltes WLAN und Mobile Device Management (MDM)
 * Assistenz bei der Umsetzung der Office 365-Strategie
 * Pflege der zentralen Softwareverteilung
 * Zuständig für die Administration der Microsoft-Infrastruktur in virtualisierten Umgebungen (VMware)
