Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Network Support L2 - **Company:** Iron Service Global Inc - **Location:** Bartow, FL, United States - **Experience:** Experienced - **Salary:** $58,240.0 - $62,400.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Wireless LAN, Active Directory, VoIP, Unix, Computer Networks, Data Centers, Data Center Infrastructure Management (CIM), Linux, Microsoft Exchange Server, Networking Hardware, Windows Servers, Print Servers, Virtual Local Area Networks, Wireless Access Point, Wireless Networks, Network Switches, Network Routers, Storage Devices, Network Support, Network Server, Cisco - **Published:** May 15, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=f74d16114d6dc729 ## About the Role Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, * Basic Knowledge of Network Devices such as Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points preferably CISCO, Riverbed * Basics knowledge / understanding of assigning switch ports to specific VLANs * Patch phone ports to switch as needed * Basic troubleshooting of Avaya VOIP phones (knowledge on basic configuration), * Basic knowledge of operating systems: Windows 2003 servers Enterprise/Standard Edition, UNIX & linux. * Basic knowledge about Windows 2003 Active Directory structure, MS Exchange 2003, and File/Print Server * Should be able to perform IMACD Installation, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal Services of the Data Center, network equipment's * Engineers should have hands on experience in large/medium enterprise Data Centers or hosting sites consisting of Servers, Storage and Network devices * Engineers should have all local language proficiency and communication ability in English is mandatory * Engineers should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the abovementioned area., * Computer networking: 3 years (Required) * Switches: 3 years (Required) * Windows 2003 servers: 3 years (Required) * Active Directory: 3 years (Required) ## Description * Troubleshoot issues with fiber links between switches-able to visualize errors and communicate to remote technical teams * Troubleshoot and replace network switch chassis blades when required. * Adding memory/flash to an existing non-end user device or device. * Patching, moving an existing switch or router. * Racking and patching any new Non-End User Devices or Device(s); * Decommissioning a single Non-End User Devices or Device, including verifying the impact of such decommissioning and/or shutting the Device down. * Installing new, or moving existing, access points for coverage expansion - No higher than usage of a 6 foot ladder; however for higher ladder parties shall mutually discuss and agree. * Conducting site surveys, including asset inventory validation. * Conduct WLAN surveys; installing, decommissioning or moving WAP; * Installing, decommissioning, or moving WLC/moving Smart Edge/firewall. * Granting site access for the customer's third parties. * The onsite technician may also be required to conduct conference room equipment upgrades where they are swapping devices and following the provided step-by-step processes.
