 * 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
 * 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.
 * Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
 * Strong understanding of data sources (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, Dataverse, APIs).
 * Experience implementing role-based access control and data security within Power Platform.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with JSON, REST APIs, or integrating external data sources.

## Description

* Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
 * Design, build, and deploy new Power Apps and Power BI dashboards that meet end-user requirements.
 * Manage Power Platform environments, connections, permissions, and data gateways.
 * Develop automation and workflow solutions to streamline processes for the client base.
 * Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem.
 * Design and deploy new SharePoint solutions integrated with Power Apps and Power Automate.
 * Ensure reliability, accessibility, and security of SharePoint-based applications and content.
 * Engage directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Provide user support, documentation, and training for applications and dashboards.
 * Work with IT security teams to ensure all solutions align with information assurance and cybersecurity standards.
 * Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
