Do you have experience in Zendesk?, * 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, SaaS Administration, or similar operational role

 * Experience supporting enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk (or similar platforms)
 * Experience working in ticketing systems and structured workflow environments
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills
 * Strong technical writing and documentation skills
 * Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid operations environment

## Description

* Monitor support channels and respond to end-user and IT support requests
 * Triage, investigate, and resolve issues requiring elevated access or escalation support
 * Manage access and configuration requests across enterprise SaaS tools and internal systems
 * Escalate issues to engineering and partner teams using documented processes and runbooks
 * Track work and system changes in ticketing systems (Jira or similar)
 * Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for internal users and support teams
 * Monitor operational dashboards and identify trends, process gaps, and automation opportunities
